We want you to be happy with your frames. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Return window

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return.

Condition

The frames should be unworn and in their original case, with no scratches on the lenses.

How to start

Email info@pundaeyewear.co with your order number. We will confirm the next steps and the return address on Curaçao.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the pair, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show.

Exchanges

Want a different style? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we will help you swap.
