Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your frames. If something is not right, here is how it works.

You have 7 days from receiving your order to start a return.

Returning a pair is free. There are no restocking fees and no return costs for you.

The frames should be unworn and in their original case, with no scratches on the lenses.

Get in touch through our Contact page with your order number. We will confirm the next steps and where to bring or send the pair on Curaçao.

Once we receive and check the pair, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show.
