By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Punda curates and sells eyewear. We describe each pair as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different between screens.

Pricing

All prices are in Netherlands Antillean Guilder (ANG) and include applicable local tax. We can change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if we spot an obvious pricing error, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Payment

We accept card payments from local and international Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed securely by our providers.

Pickup and delivery

Free pickup is available near Willemstad. We can also deliver across Curaçao; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unworn pair. See our Returns Policy for the full details.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao.
